A simple pre-session structure checklist for Australian evenings

Evening sessions from South Australia sit across London close and the New York open. That overlap is noisy. A short checklist keeps structure reading deliberate when liquidity expands.

  1. Mark the last swing high and low on the daily.
  2. Mark the last swing high and low on the four-hour.
  3. Note whether the daily owner is trend or range.
  4. Circle equal highs or lows that look like resting liquidity.
  5. Write one sentence: what would invalidate your current bias.

If you cannot finish those five marks in under ten minutes, reduce timeframe clutter before you trade. Structure work is preparation, not decoration after the fact.
