Refunds and cancellations

This policy covers fees paid for Intelligent Autosys lessons: the Market Structure Reading Intensive, Private Structure Mentorship, and Live Chart Markup Clinics. It does not cover brokerage, software subscriptions, or products we do not sell.

Eligibility and timeframe

Full refunds are available if you cancel in writing at least fourteen days before the first scheduled workshop evening or mentorship session. Cancellations inside fourteen days may receive a partial refund of up to fifty percent if we can fill your seat; otherwise the fee may be credited to a later cohort within six months.

Non-refundable items

Completed clinic seats are non-refundable once the clinic has started. Printed materials already produced for a personalised mentorship brief are non-refundable after Session 1 begins.

Work already started

If you withdraw after a workshop or mentorship session has begun, we refund only unused future sessions on a pro-rata basis, minus a twenty percent administration fee, unless Australian Consumer Law requires a different outcome.

Rescheduling and no-shows

You may request one free reschedule with at least seven days’ notice, subject to available seats. Missing a session without notice counts as attended for that block. Clinics do not carry unused seats forward unless we cancel the session.

Our cancellations

If we cancel a cohort or clinic, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to the next available date at no extra cost.

Refund process and method

Email info@intelligentautosys.digital with your name, lesson, and payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within ten business days. Deposits form part of the total fee and follow the same rules.
